Is shopping online at giannarose.com secure?
Yes, online shopping at GIANNA ROSE ATELIER is both secure and private. GIANNA ROSE ATELIER has implemented stringent security procedures to ensure that your information is protected. If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 or higher, Netscape 2.0 or higher, America Online 3.0 or higher, or Mozilla Firefox, all information that you provide will be automatically encrypted for security. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. Items will not be charged to your credit card account until shipped.

What shipping options are available?
- Gianna Rose uses the Ground Services of the United Parcel Service (UPS) for orders shipping in the Continental U.S.
- Orders to HI, AK and PR are shipped via UPS Air and may incur additional charges. In most cases this is a five to seven day delivery time from date of shipment.
- All orders with an APO or FPO shipping address will be shipped via USPS. Please note that no tracking information will be provided.
- Parcel Post typically takes two to four weeks to continental U.S. addresses and may incur additional shipping charges.
- Gianna Rose does not ship on Saturday and Sunday nor do we offer UPS delivery on Saturday or Sunday.

Can I ship to more than one address?
Yes, to help simplify your shopping for gifts you may ship to three separate addresses,
in addition to your own address. If you want to ship to more than three additional addresses
you should place another order.

How do I check the delivery status of my order?
To check order status or make changes to an order, please contact our Customer Service Center Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time, excluding Holidays, at 1.866.908.3160 or email us at orders@giannarose.com. Please have your order number available for order lookup.

What is your return policy?
We are confident you'll be extremely happy with everything you have purchased at GiannaRose.com. If you are not completely satisfied you may return the item within 30 days of purchase. Returns can be sent to Gianna Rose for a full refund on the cost of merchandise less the shipping and handling. Please include the completed return form (enclosed with your shipment) with the items to be returned to the address below.
You can expect your refund or exchange within 4 weeks from the tine you mailed your return back to Gianna Rose. For your protection, please send all returned item(s) via UPS or insured parcel post.

Do you offer gift wrap for online retail orders?
Yes, gift wrap is available for $4.95 per item and includes a gift card for each shipping address that a gift-wrapped item is being sent to. You will be offered the option of adding gift wrap to individual items when viewing items in your Shopping Bag.
